تأثیر شکل خوراک و فیبر بر تغییرات بافت شناسی روده کوچک جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

    این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثر شکل خوراک و منابع مختلف فیبر بر بافت­شناسی روده­ی کوچک جوجه­های گوشتی به صورت طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 5×2 با 10 تیمار و 4 تکرار به مدت 42 روز انجام شد.  تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل منابع مختلف فیبر (3 درصد پوسته آفتابگردان، 3 درصد سبوس گندم، 3 درصد تفاله چغندر قند و نیم درصد آربوسل) به همراه جیره شاهد و دو شکل خوراک (پلت و آردی) بودند.  نتایج آزمایش نشان داد در اثرات مقابل، تفاله چغندرقند به شکل آردی ارتفاع کرک در دوازدهه و ژژنوم را افزایش داد.  در ارتباط با نوع منبع فیبر، در دوازدهه تفاله چغندر قند و در ژژنوم پوسته آفتابگردان باعث افزایش ارتفاع کرک شدند.  ارتفاع کرک دوازدهه در پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره آردی نسبت به پلت به طور معنی­داری افزایش یافت.  تیمار پوسته آفتابگردان در بخش ژژنوم باعث افزایش قطر کرک، بافت پوششی، ضخامت طبقه عضلانی شد.  در ژژنوم تیمار شاهد به شکل پلت باعث افزایش قطر و ضخامت بافت پوششی و در دوازدهه، پوسته آفتابگردان، تفاله­ی چغندر قند و آربوسل به شکل آردی، باعث کاهش عمق کریپت شدند.  در دوازدهه تیمار سبوس گندم به شکل پلت به طور معنی­داری باعث افزایش نسبت ارتفاع کرک به عمق کریپت شد.  می­توان نتیجه­گیری نمود استفاده از منابع فیبری به شکل آردی در مقایسه با پلت باعث بهبود فراسنجه­های بافتی در روده­ی کوچک می‌شود.
