اثر عصاره ی گیاه فرولا سودآلیاسه آ (آپیاسه‌آ) بر آلودگی با واروآ دستراکتور (آکارینا: واروئیده) در زنبور عسل (هیمنوپترا: آپیده)

چکیده

    جرب واروآ دستراکتور (آکارینا: واروئیده) یکی از مهم­ترین آفات زنبور عسل اروپایی آپیس ملیفرا (هیمنوپترا: آپیده) در جهان می‌باشد که اهمیت اقتصادی در زنبور عسل در ایران دارد.  این مطالعه برای ارزیابی اثر عصاره‌ی گیاه فرولا سودآلیاسه‌آ بر این گونه جرب انجام شد.  گیاه فرولا سودآلیاسه‌آ از کوه­های اطراف شهرستان مریوان در استان کردستان جمع­آوری شد و با دستگاه روتاری عصاره­گیری شد.  در یک زنبورستان آلوده به جرب، 3 کندو (3 عدد جرب در 20 عدد زنبور عسل) برای هر یک از گروه­های درمانی و شاهد جهت ارزیابی اثر عصاره‌ی گیاه فرولا سودآلیاسه‌آ (44/1 میلی­گرم در میلی­لیتر) بر جرب واروآ دستراکتور انتخاب شدند.  در زمان­های مختلف جرب­های کف کندوهای گروه­های تیمار و شاهد جمع­آوری و شمارش شدند.  اثر عصاره­ی گیاه فرولا سودآلیاسه‌آ (652/9±40/34) بر کاهش تعداد جرب واروآ دستراکتور در گروه شاهد (342/1±6/3) ارتباط معنی­داری داشت.  در طول دوره­ی درمان، بیش­ترین مرگ و میر جرب­ها به ترتیب در گروه­های درمانی عصاره­ی هنگوان و آپیستان در ساعت­های 36 (72/30درصد) و 24 (91/39درصد) بود.  اختلاف اثر عصاره­ی هنگوان بر تعداد جرب در مقایسه با گروه تیمار آپیستان معنی­دار بود.  نتایج این تحقیق بیان­گر آن بود که عصاره‌ی گیاه هنگوان می­تواند نقش مهمی دردرمان آلودگی زنبور عسل به جربواروآ دستراکتور داشته باشد.
