تاثیر نانوذرات نقره سنتز شده از از ماکروجلبک سیستوسیرا ایندیکا بر برخی شاخص­های ایمنی ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio)

چکیده
    کاربرد نانوذرات نقره در آبزی‌پروری در سال‌های اخیر به دلیل خواص ضدمیکروبی، ضدقارچی، ضدویروسی و قابلیت اثرگذاری بر سیستم ایمنی آبزیان مورد توجه فراوان قرار گرفته است.  علی­رغم این که نانوذرات سنتز شده با روش زیستی به دلیل استفاده از ترکیبات طبیعی در سنتز آن­ها، دوست­ دار محیط زیست بوده اما شناخت اثرات آن بر آبزیان ضروری است.  هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تغییرات شاخص­ های ایمنی ماهی کپور معمولی طی مواجهه با نانوذات نقره سنتز شده از جلبک سیستوسیرا ایندیکا می­باشد.  پس از انتقال ماهیان به آزمایشگاه، به منظور مطالعه تغییرات شاخص­ های ایمنی از جمله فعالیت لیزوزیم، کمپلمان، انفجار تنفسی، پراکسیداز، گلبول­های سفید، پروتئین کل و ایمنوگلوبولین سرم به مدت 14 روز در معرض سه غلظت نانوذرات نقره سنتز شده از جلبک سیستوسیرا شامل 10 درصد LC50، 25 درصد LC50 و 50 درصد LC50 قرار گرفتند.  نمونه ­برداری در روزهای 1، 3، 7 و 14 انجام شد.  نانوذرات سنتز شده دارای شکل کروی و با اندازه 31/42 نانومتر بودند.  نتایج نشان داد که در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، مواجهه ماهیان کپور معمولی در تیمار 2 به طور معنی­ داری باعث افزایش فعالیت لیزوزیم و کاهش فعالیت کمپلمان سرم، انفجار تنفسی و پراکسیداز در روز چهاردهم شد.  کاهش معنی ­دار فعالیت لیزوزیم نیز در همین روز در تیمار 3 مشاهده شد.  تعداد گلبول­های سفید در همه غلظت­های نانوذرات نقره در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد افزایش معنی­ داری داشت.  پروتئین کل و ایمنوگلوبولین سرم با وجود نوسانات کاهشی و افزایشی در روزها و تیمارهای مختلف تفاوت معنی­داری در مقایسه با گروه شاهد نداشتند.  نتایج نشان داد تنها غلظت 25 درصد LC50 نانوذرات نقره بر شاخص‌های ایمنی کپور معمولی اثرگذار بوده و سایر غلظت‌ها تغییر محسوسی ایجاد نکردند، همچنین وابستگی روشنی به غلظت مشاهده نشد.
