ارزیابی ظرفیت تام آنتی‌اکسیدانی در سرم متعاقب دریافت مکمل‌های نانوذرات سلنیم، سلنیت سدیم و ویتامین E در بره‌های شیرخوار

چکیده
    به مجموعه فعالیت­ های آنتی‌اکسیدان‌های غیراختصاصی ظرفیت تام آنتی‌اکسیدانی (TAC) گویند.  هدف تعیین مقادیر سرمی TAC متعاقب تجویز مکمل­ های سلنیم و ویتامین E در بره ­هاست.  تعداد 32 بره نر ماکوئی با میانگین سنی زیر 2 ماه و میانگین وزن 10 کیلوگرم در 8 گروه کنترل، ویتامین E، نانو ذره سلنیم، سلنیت سدیم خوراکی، سلنیت سدیم تزریقی، نانو ذره سلنیم/ویتامین E، سلنیت سدیم خوراکی/ ویتامین  Eو سلنیت سدیم تزریقی/ ویتامین E به مدت 90 روز انتخاب و مطالعه شدند.  از بره ­ها در طی روزهای 1، 7، 14، 30، 60 و 90 خون‌گیری انجام شد و سرم‌ها برای ارزیابی TAC استفاده شدند.  برای مجموع بره‌ها پایین‌ترین غلظت TAC در گروه نانوسلنیم (µmol/l 17/1) و بیش‌ترین آن در گروه سلنیم/ویتامینE تزریقی (µmol/l 32/1) در روز 60 مشاهده شد اما این تفاوت در بین گروه‌های 8 گانه در طی 90 روز معنی‌دار نبود.  در طی 90 روز منظم‌ترین و کم‌ترین تغییرات در گروه ویتامین E، بیش‌ترین و نامنظم‌ترین تغییرات در گروه‌های نانوسلنیم خوراکی و نانوسلنیم/ویتامینE مشاهده شد.  غلظت TAC در روز 14 و 60 در بین گروه‌ها معنی‌دار بود که عمدتاً به ترتیب در گروه سلنیت سدیم تزریقی و سلنیم/ ویتامین E تزریقی بود.  مقایسه غلظت TAC در بین دفعات نمونه‌برداری وجود اختلاف معنی‌دار در نانوسلنیم و نانوسلنیم/ویتامین E بود که کم‌ترین غلظت در نانوسلنیم بود. نتایج تأثیر زمان نمونه‌گیری و گروه‌ها در غلظت TAC نشان داد که بین دفعات نمونه‌برداری (زمان) تفاوت معنی‌دار مخصوصاً در روزهای 14 و 60 بود ولی بین گروه‌ها معنی‌دار نبود.  مقادیر TAC روز اول با روز 60 در گروه کنترل، روز 7 و 14 در گروه نانوسلنیم/ویتامین E و روز 60 در گروه سلنیم/ویتامین E تزریقی در ارتباط بودند.  نتیجه این که مکمل‌های سلنیم و ویتامین E در میزان TAC تأثیر نداشتند در صورتی که میزان TAC وابسته به زمان بود.  بنابراین فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدان‌های غیراختصاصی (TAC) متأثر از آنتی‌اکسیدان­های اختصاصی نظیر سلنیم و ویتامین E نمی­باشد و تحت تأثیر زمان تغییر می­ کند.
