مقایسه پادتن های ضد لپتوسپیرا به روش آگلوتیناسیون میکروسکوپی در نشخوارکنندگان و تک‌سمی‌ها

چکیده

    لپتوسپیروز  بیماری مشترک انسان و دام است که با تب، یرقان، سقط­جنین و هموگلوبینوری مشخص می­شود.  بیماری گسترش وسیع داشته و تعیین سروتیپ­های غالب، برنامه کنترل و پیش­گیری را تسریع می­کند. 862 نمونه خون از نشخوارکنندگان شامل گاو (نژاد هلشتاین و سیمنتال)، گاومیش، گوسفند، بز، اسب و قاطر تهیه شدند.  سرم­ها با استفاده از روش آگلوتیناسیون میکروسکوپی به منظور جستجوی پادتن ضد 6 سروتیپ زنده­ لپتوسپیرا اینتروگانس آزمایش شدند. میزان شیوع آلودگی دام­ها 54/19% بود که بالاترین آن در هلشتاین (36%) و پایین­ترین در قاطر (9/6%) بود. همچنین 4/25% گاومیش­ها، 3/19% گوسفندها، 7/13% سیمنتال، 2/19% بزها، 3/16% اسبان مثبت بودند. در همه گونه­ها آلودگی نرها بیشتر از ماده­ها بوده که تفاوت معنی­دار نبود.  بیش­ترین فراوانی مربوط به سروتیپ پومونا و کم­ترین آنها کانیکولا بود.  در نشخوارکنندگان با افزایش سن میزان آلودگی نیز افزایش داشت.  از آنجایی که در بین دام­های تحت مطالعه، فراوانی آلودگی در نشخوارکنندگان بیشتر از تک سمی­ها بوده است و در بین نشخوارکنندگان نیز فراوانی آلودگی گاو نژاد هلشتاین از بقیه بیشتر بوده است، از واکسیناسیون در این نوع دام می­توان برای پیشگیری از ابتلای بیشتر و همچنین آلودگی در انسان بهره جست.
