In this study, in 2014, 85 fish of three species were caught from three stations of Fahlian River’fish including Alburnus mossulensis, Cyprinion macrostomum, Capoeta barroisi persica ; After transferring them to the Parasitology Laboratory of Islamic Azad University, Kazerun Branch; they were examined In terms of skin and gill’s helments and protozoa. A total of eight species were isolated and identified, including two monogenian speices (Dactylogyrus sp.), two digenea (Postodiplostomum sp. and Centrocestus sp.), one arthropoda (Lamprolegna sp.), two protozoa (Ichthyophthrius multifillis and Trichodina sp.) and one myxozoa (Myxobolus sp.). The results showed that the highest percentage of parasitic infestation was Ichthyophthirius multifiliis and the lowest was Lamprolegna sp..Also Capoeta barroisi persica and Cyprinion macrostomum allocated the highest and the lowest percentage of parasitic infection, respectively. Based on the results of this study Centrocestus sp. was reported for the first time in Iranian freshwater. Cyprinion macrostomum for Centrocestus sp. and all three under study fish for Postodiplostomum sp. were reported as new hosts. Also there was no significant relationship between infection of fish species and infected organs(P>0.05).
