One hundred and fifty birds referring to our hospital from different regions of province and species were included in this study. For streptococcal isolation, samples were streaked onto Blood agar plates. Biochemical tests were done on suspected colonies and finally, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using specific primer was used for confirmation of streptococcus isolates. In this study, 42 strains were isolated and identified as Streptococcus dysagalactiae, the most frequently isolate 21.33%, S.galloliticus 2.66%, S .zooepidermicus 2%, S.mutans 1.33% and S.suis 0.66%. In addition the pattern of antibiotic resistance was assessed by diffusion method and showed high resistance to antibiotics such as: cefazolin, ceftriaxone, cephalexin, flumequine, oxytetracycline, streptomycin. Presence of antibiotic resistance organisms in caged birds which lives in nearness of human has a public health importance.}, keywords = {streptococcus,Birds,Antimicrobial Resistance}, title_fa = {جداسازی، شناسایی و تعیین حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی استرپتوکوکوس های گروه C و D (غیرانتروکوکی) در برخی پرندگان با روش های کشت و PCR}, abstract_fa = {هدف این تحقیق مطالعه‌‌ی جداسازیِ استرپتوکوکوس‌های گروهC و D (غیرانتروکوکی) محوطه دهانی و کلوآک پرندگان (ماکیان، طوطی سبز، دلیجه، سار، عقاب طلایی، کلاغ، مینا، کبوتر، قناری، فنچ آفریقایی، طوطی برزیلی، طوطی استرالیایی، اردک، طوطی کاسکو، کاکاتیل، بلبل هزار دستان، یاکریم، بالابان، قرقاول، کبک) و تعیین هویت تا حد گونه به روش تست‌های بیوشیمیایی و همچنین تعیین الگوی مقاومت به انتی بیوتیک‌ها به روش دیسک دیفیوژن در گونه‌های جدا شده بود. از 150 پرنده ارجاعی به بیمارستان از مناطق و گونه های مختلف در این مطالعه نمونه گیری شد. حهت جداسازی استرپتوکوکوس کشت بر روی پلیت آگار خون‌دار انجام شد. روی کلونی های مشکوک تست های بیوشیمیایی انجام گرفت و در نهایت با واکنش زنجیره ای پلیمراز (PCR) با استفاده از پرایمرهای اختصاصی جدایه های استرپتوکوکوس تایید شد. در این مطالعه 42 ایزوله جداسازی و تعیین هویت گردید که بیشترین گونه به ترتیب استرپتوکوکوس دیس گالاکتیه %33/21، سپس استرپتوکوکوس گالولیتیکوس 66/2 %، استرپتوکوکوس‌زواپیدمیکوس 2%، استرپتوکوکوس موتانس 33/1 %، استرپتوکوکوس سوئیس 66/0 % مشخص گردید. همچنین در تعیین الگوی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیک به روش دیسک دیفیوژن، استرپتوکوکوس‌ها به ترتیب بیشترین مقاومت دارویی به آنتی بیوتیک‌های سفازولین، سفتریاکسون، سفالکسین، فلومکوئین، اکسی تتراسایکلین، استرپتومایسین، تیامولین، تایلوزین، داکسی سیکلین، نئومایسین را نشان دادند. وجود گونه های مقاوم به آنتی بیوتیک در پرندگان قفسی که در مجاورت انسان زندگی می کنند از دیدگاه بهداشت عمومی حائز اهمیت می باشد.}, keywords_fa = {استرپتوکوکوس C و D,پرنده قفسی,PCR,مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی}, url = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_74790.html}, eprint = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_74790_f3b7a86b8715d8cbfd9f373ea42c5621.pdf} }
