Six mares age 4-10 years, mean body weight 445±34 kg) were fed during four periods of 14-days in a cross-overs experiment. In two feed sequencing, the concentrate part of ration was offered either 30 min. after (F-C) or 30 min. before forage part (C-F). Barley grain was either crushed (crushed) or boiled for 3h in water (boiled). At the end of each period, blood samples were taken from jugular vein four hours after the morning meal. Blood samples were analyzed for insulin and glucose concentrations. Insulin response, insulin sensitivity, response pancreatic beta cells, tissue glucose non-insulin dependent and modified insulin-glucose ratio were calculated based on proxy of the dynamic model. The results showed that feed sequencing had no significant effect on insulin response, the response of beta cells, and modified insulin to glucose ratio (P>0.05). Beta-cell response mIU⁄((〖L.min〗^(-1) ) ) in boiled barley was higher than that in crushed barley (719 vs. 478, P<0.05). A positive correlation was found between insulin sensitivity and glucose consumption of non-insulin dependent tissues in crushed but not in boiled barley. The results showed that feeding boiled barley might increase postprandial glucose to insulin ratio which might lead to insulin resistance in adult Arabian mares.}, keywords = {insulin resistance,Feed sequencing,Grain boiled,horse}, title_fa = {تاثیر پختن دانه جو و ترتیب مصرف کنسانتره و علوفه بر شاخص‌های مرتبط با مقاومت به انسولین در مادیان‌های بالغ عربی}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش تاثیر پختن دانه جو و ترتیب مصرف کنسانتره و علوفه بر مقاومت به انسولین در مادیان‌های عربی با استفاده از مدل دینامیکی‌گلوکز-انسولین بررسی شد. تعداد شش رأس مادیان (سن 4 الی 10 سال، میانگین وزن بدن34 ± 409 کیلوگرم) طی چهار دوره دو هفته‌ای به صورت کراس-اور تغذیه شد. در دو نوع ترتیب خوراک‌دهی، بخش کنسانتره-ای جیره یا نیم ساعت بعد (علوفه-غلات) و یا نیم ساعت قبل از مصرف علوفه (غلات-علوفه) در اختیار اسب‌ها قرار گرفت. دانه جو یا به صورت خرد شده (خرد شده) و یا به صورت پخته‌ شده (پخته شده) در جیره اسب‌ها استفاده شد. در روز چهاردهم هر دوره، نمونه خون از سیاهرگ وداج گردنی حدود چهار ساعت بعد از وعده خوراک صبحگاهی گرفته شد و غلظت های هورمون انسولین و گلوکزخون تعیین شد. پاسخ انسولین، حساسیت ‏به ‏انسولین، پاسخ سلول‌های لوزالمعده‌ای بتا، گلوکز مصرفی بافت های غیر وابسته به انسولین و نسبت تصحیح شده انسولین به گلوکز با استفاده از مدل دینامیکی گلوکز-انسولین محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که ترتیب خوراک‌دهی تاثیری بر پاسخ انسولین، پاسخ سلول‌های بتای لوزالمعده، نسبت تصحیح شده انسولین به گلوکز نداشت (05/0 P). در تیمار حاوی جو خرد شده نسبت گلوکز به انسولین با میزان گلوکز مصرفی بافت های غیروابسته به انسولین همبستگی منفی و با شاخص حساسیت به انسولین همبستگی مثبت داشت در حالیکه این روابط در تیمار حاوی جو پخته شده مشاهده نشد. نتایج نشان داد که پختن دانه جو سبب افزایش نسبت گلوکز به انسولین در حالت پوستپراندیال می‌شود که ممکن است احتمال بروز عارضه مقاومت به انسولین در مادیان‌های نژاد عربی را افزایش دهد.}, keywords_fa = {مقاومت به انسولین,ترتیب خوراک‌دهی,پختن غلات,اسب}, url = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_60879.html}, eprint = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_60879_32da51c271d6c70a5a4cf278846ccc4b.pdf} }
