Lack of attention to veterinary recommendations by beekeepers about time and dosage of antibiotics consumption leads to increase antibiotics residues in honey more than standard or Maximum Residual Limits (MRL). In attention to the side effects of antibiotic residues like drug resistance, consumers hyperesthesia etc., the investigation for tetracycline and oxytetracycline residues was considered in some consumed honey samples in Khuzestan province by HPLC method. Totally 60 honey samples were collected from Khuzestan beekeepers and processed based on the protocol for investigation of tetracycline and oxytetracycline residues. According to this matter and in order to extract antibiotic residues, 5 g of each honey sample was mixed and dissolved with 25 ml of McIlvaine buffer and filtered. Then after calibration of HPLC system, 20 µl of each solution was injected to HPLC system and finally the amounts of tetracycline and oxytetracycline residues were determined for each sample. This study showed that 14 (23.33%) samples of whole investigated honeys had no antibiotic residues while 31 (51.66%) out of 60 collected honey samples contaminated to both tetracycline and oxytetracycline residues. The means of tetracycline and oxytetracycline residues in positive samples were equal to 119.23±31.38 and 167.636±37.02 µg/kg respectively. In conclusion, in present study 46 (76.67%) out of 60 studied honey samples contained antibiotic residues. These results showed significant difference with zero µg/kg limits as MRL determined by European Union, Codex Alimentarius and Food and Drug Administration (p≤0.05). }, keywords = {Tetracycline,Oxytetracycline,honey,HPLC}, title_fa = {بررسی باقیمانده‌ های آنتی بیوتیکی تتراسایکلین و اکسی تتراسایکلین در عسل های تولیدی برخی کندوهای عسل استان خوزستان با استفاده از روش HPLC}, abstract_fa = {    تتراسایکلین‌ها در درمان بیماری لوک آمریکایی و اروپایی در زنبوران عسل به فراوانی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند.  عدم توجه زنبورداران به توصیه‌های دامپزشکی در خصوص میزان و زمان مصرف دارو سبب افزایش بیش از حد مجاز باقی‌مانده‌ها، در عسل می‌گردد.  با توجه به عوارض حاصل از این باقی‌مانده‌ها، نظیر مقاومت دارویی، ازدیاد حساسیت در مصرف‌کنندگان و ....، در مطالعه‌ی حاضر باقی‌مانده دو داروی تتراسایکلین و اکسی‌تتراسایکلین در برخی نمونه‌های عسل مصرفی در خوزستان به روش HPLC بررسی گردید.  تعداد 60 نمونه عسل از زنبورستان‌های استان خوزستان جمع‌آوری و مراحل آماده‌سازی جهت  جستجوی باقی‌مانده داروهای تتراسایکلین و اکسی‌تتراسایکلین صورت گرفت.  بدین منظور 5 گرم عسل را جهت استخراج در 25 میلی‌لیتر بافر مک ایوان حل کرده و کاملاً هموژن نموده و از صافی عبور داده و پس از کالیبره کردن دستگاه HPLC ، مقدار 20 میکرولیتر از آن به دستگاه تزریق شد.  سپس میزان باقی‌مانده داروهای مورد مطالعه، در عسل، تعیین شد.  این بررسی نشان داد که 14 (33/23 درصد) نمونه‌ی عسل فاقد هر دو باقی‌مانده تتراسایکلین و اکسی‌تتراسایکلین بود حال آن که 31 (66/51 درصد)  نمونه دارای هر دو نوع باقی‌مانده بود.  میانگین و خطای معیار باقی مانده‌ی دارویی تتراسایکلین و اکسی‌تتراسایکلین در نمونه‌ی عسل‌های حاوی باقی‌مانده آنتی‌بیوتیکی به ترتیب 38/31±23/119 و 02/37±636/167 میکروگرم بر کیلوگرم بود و در مجموع 46 (67/76 درصد) نمونه از مجموع 60 نمونه‌ی عسل مورد بررسی در مطالعه‌ی حاضر، از نظر باقی‌مانده آنتی‌بیوتیکی، مثبت بوده و اختلاف معنی‌داری با مقدار صفر اعلام شده از سوی اتحادیه‌ی اروپا، کدکس الیمانتاریوس و نیز سازمان غذا و دارو داشتند (05/0P≤).}, keywords_fa = {تتراسایکلین,اکسی تتراسایکلین,عسل,HPLC}, url = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_5838.html}, eprint = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_5838_19d1d6b7696940fefe948615240ac247.pdf} }
