فراوانی آلودگی به تخم توکسوکارا در پارک های عمومی شهر کرمانشاه

چکیده

    توکسوکاریازیس یکی از مهم‌ترین عفونت‌های انگلی است که شیوع جهانی دارد.  آلودگی به این انگل در انسان از طریق تماس مستقیم با سگ و گربه و یا تماس با منابع آلوده به تخم انگل نظیر خاک و چمن مکان­های عمومی که در مسیر رفت و آمد سگ­ها­ و گربه­ها هستند و همچنین مصرف سبزیجات آلوده ایجاد می­شود.  هدف از مطالعه­ی حاضر بررسی میزان آلودگی خاک و چمن پارک­های عمومی شهر کرمانشاه به تخم توکسوکارا بود.  مطالعه­ی حاضر که به صورت توصیفی و به شکل بررسی مقطعی انجام شد، تعداد 120 نمونه خاک و تعداد 120 نمونه چمن از مجموع 16 پارک­ عمومی مهم در سطح شهر کرمانشاه  جمع­آوری شد و سپس آلودگی انگلی نمونه­های اخذ شده از خاک و چمن به روش رسوب شناورسازی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.  نتایج نشان داد که از مجموع 16 پارک بررسی شده 15 پارک از نظر نمونه­ی خاک (7/93 درصد) و 13 پارک از نظر نمونه­های چمن (2/81 درصد) آلوده به تخم گونه­های توکسوکارا بودند.  همچنین فراوانی آلودگی با تخم گونه­های توکسوکارا در نمونه­های خاک 8/70 درصد و در نمونه­های چمن 8/30 درصد بود.  نتایج بررسی حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که آلودگی پارک­های کرمانشاه با تخم گونه­های توکسوکارا بالاست که این امر سبب افزایش احتمال ابتلا به عفونت­های توکسوکاریایی در انسان می­شود.  در نتیجه برای کاهش خطر آلودگی انسان احتیاج به برنامه­های پیش­گیرانه و کنترلی مانند ممانعت از آلودگی محیط به خصوص مکان­های عمومی مانند پارک­ها، با مدفوع سگ­ها توصیه می‌شود.
