هیستومورفولوژی کلیه دفعی ماهی کپور معمولی تحت تأثیر شوری های مختلف محیطی

چکیده

در این تحقیق کلیه ماهی کپور معمولی که از گونه­های پرورشی گرمابی بسیار مهم و اقتصادی می­باشد تحت تغییرات شوری­های مختلف محیطی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است.  این تحقیق انجام پذیرفت تا مشخص گردد که ماهی کپور معمولی تا چه اندازه می­توانند بدون تغییر در ساختار و آسیب بافت­ها به ویژه سلول­های دخیل در تنظیم اسمزی کلیه در مقابل شوری مقاومت داشته باشد.  برای این منظور تعداد 120 قطعه ماهی کپور معمولی به مدت دو هفته در تیمار با شوری­های  ppt 4،  ppt8، ppt 12 و آب شیرین با سه تکرار قرار داده شدند. جهت مطالعات هیستومورفولوژی کلیه نمونه­هایی به ضخامت حداکثر cm5/0 برداشته و پس از ثبوت در فرمالین بافر 10 درصد و طی مراحل معمول تهیه مقاطع بافتی، برش­هایی به ضخامت 6-4 میکرون تهیه و به وسیله هماتوکسیلین- ائوزین رنگ آمیزی شدند.  در مطالعات میکروسکوپی بخش دفعی کلیه شامل نفرون­ها به همراه جسمک کلیوی که به شکل ساختارهای کروی در سراسر بافت کلیه به صورت پراکنده و لوله­های ادراری که شامل لوله پیچیده نزدیک، دور و لوله­های جمع­کننده مشاهده شدند.  در مطالعات هیستومتری در طول دوره­ی سازگاری با شوری­های مختلف بیش­ترین تعداد و قطر گلومرول­ها در شوری ppt12 و کم­ترین این مقدارها متعلق به شوری ppt 8  و ppt 4 گزارش گردید.  از طرفی بیش­ترین تعداد و قطر لوله­های جمع­کننده در تیمار شاهد و کم­ترین این مقدارها در شوری ppt12 و ppt 8 به دست آمد.  همچنین بیش­ترین و کم­ترین ضخامت لایه­ی عضلانی لوله­های جمع­کننده متعلق به شوری ppt 4 و  ppt 8 به دست آمد.  بنابراین با توجه به تحقیق انجام گرفته می­توان نتیجه گرفت که قدرت تحمل و سازش­پذیری کپور معمولی نسبت به تغییرات شوری محیط به دلیل ایجاد تغییرات سریع در ساختار بافتی و فیزیولوژیکی کلیه جهت تنظیم حالت اسمزی بالا بوده به طوری که که گونه­ی مورد نظر توانسته نسبت به تغییرات شوری­های محیطی خود را تطبیق و به حیات خود ادامه دهد
