It is one of the most prominent sanitary problems in farm animals. Although the role of FMD virus in the induction of myocarditis has been known in the farm animal newborns, due to controversy about the changes in thyroid hormones in patients with FMD and their possible association with the occurrence of myocarditis, this study was designed and conducted on 50, 15 and 15 sheep, lambs and cattle, respectively. After blood sampling, sera were analyzed for troponin I, triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) measurement and based on normal value of serum troponin I, each group of animals was divided into higher and lower troponin groups. The mean serum troponin I, T3 and T4 were also compared with normal levels in reliable sources. Unlike the sheep, a significant difference was found between troponin I levels with the normal value in cattle and lambs. Except for a significant increase in the serum T3 level of cattle, the serum thyroid hormonal changes were not significant in the lambs and sheep. There were no significant differences for serum T3 and T4 between two groups of higher and lower troponin cattle (P> 0.05). In comparison with the lower-troponin lambs, the higher-troponin I lambs had a significant decrease in serum thyroid hormones (P <0.05). In conclusion, there was evidence of serum myocardial damage in cattle and lambs with FMD. Reducing thyroid hormones in the high-troponin lambs may be attributed to thyroid glands injury from FMD virus. It seems that there is no link between myocardial damage and serum thyroid hormones level in the cattle and sheep.}, keywords = {TROPONIN I,Triiodothyronine,Cattle,Thyroxin,Sheep}, title_fa = {ارتباط تغییرات هورمون های تیروئیدی با شاخص سرمی آسیب میوکارد در گاو، گوسفند و بره‌های مبتلا به تب برفکی}, abstract_fa = {    تب برفکی یک بیماری وزیکولی و بالینی حاد حیوانات زوج سم از قبیل نشخوارکنندگان اهلی و خوک میباشد.  تب برفکی یکی از مهمترین مشکلات بهداشتی دام محسوب میشود.  اگر چه نقش ویروس تب برفکی در القای میوکاردیت در دامهای نوزاد شناخته شده است، به واسطهی مورد بحث بودن تغییرات هورمونهای تیروئیدی در مبتلایان و بررسی ارتباط احتمالی آنها با وقوع میوکاردیت، مطالعهی حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط این هورمونها با شاخص سرمی آسیب میوکارد در 50 بره، 15 گوسفند و 15 گاو مبتلا به تب برفکی انجام گرفت.  پس از خونگیری از بیماران و جداسازی سرم، مقادیر تروپونین I، ترییدوتیرونین (T3) و تیروکسین (T4) اندازهگیری و هر سه گروه دامهای مورد مطالعه جدا از هم، بر اساس سطح سرمی تروپونین به دو گروه تروپونین بالا و پایینتر از حد طبیعی تقسیم شدند.  میانگین سرمی هورمونهای تیروئیدی نیز با سطوح طبیعی در منابع معتبر مقایسه شدند.  برخلاف گوسفندان، تفاوت معنیداری بین سطح تروپونین گاوها و برههای بیمار با مقادیر طبیعی مشاهده گردید.  به جز، یک افزایش معنیدار در مقدار سرمی T3 گاوهای بیمار، تغییرات سرمی هورمونهای تیروئیدی دامهای بیمار تحت بررسی قابل توجه نبود.  مقدار سرمی هورمونهای T3 و T4 بین دو گروه گاوهای با تروپونین بالاتر و پایینتر از حد طبیعی، تفاوت معنیداری نداشتند.  در برههای واجد تروپونین بالا، کاهش معنیدار مقادیر سرمی هورمونهای تیروئیدی در مقایسه با گروه تروپونین پایین یافت شد.  نتایج نشاندهندهی وجود شواهد سرمی آسیب میوکاردی در گاوها و برههای مبتلا به تب برفکی بود.  کاهش هورمونهای تیروئیدی در برههای با تروپونین بالا ممکن است ناشی از آسیب غدهی تیروئید در برههای مبتلا باشد.  همچنین به نظر میرسد که سطح سرمی هورمونهای تیروئیدی ارتباطی با آسیب میوکاردی در گاوهای مبتلا نداشته باشد.}, keywords_fa = {هورمون های تیروئیدی,آسیب میوکارد,تب برفکی,گاو,گوسفند}, url = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_94034.html}, eprint = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_94034_9ade1e49d6432bfa8ef1adee72a5d451.pdf} }
