The disease is commonly seen in healthy cats and may also be seen in older female cats. This report describes the clinical, radiographic, and microscopic features of a cat with fibroepithelial hyperplasia. A 4-year-old female cat weighing 2.7 kg with a large mass below the abdomen was referred to the veterinary hospital of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. After clinical examination and radiological evaluation, he underwent surgery and the isolated mass was sent to the pathology department. The mass was solid and was observed at the incision of several lobules that had a walnut-like appearance. Under microscopic examination, proliferation of mammary duct epithelial cells and formation of new tubules were significant. Also, a large amount of connective tissue was observed around the formed tubes. Empty spaces were observed between the connecting strands, which indicated edema. It should be noted that no malignant changes were observed. In general, according to clinical, radiological and microscopic characteristics, fibroepithelial hyperplasia was diagnosed. The pathophysiology of fibroepithelial hyperplasia of the mammary gland is not well understood, but most likely sexual hormones play roles in etiology of fibroepithelial hyperplasia.}, keywords = {Fibroepithelial hyperplasia,physiopathological changes,Cat,Breast}, title_fa = {گزارش یک مورد هیپرپلازی فیبرواپیتلیال پستان در یک قلاده گربه مو کوتاه اهلی}, abstract_fa = {    هیپرپلازی فیبرواپیتلیال، یک تغییر فیزیولوژیک در بافت پستان است که با افزایش قابل توجه اندازه یک یا چند غده پستانی مشخص میشود.  این بیماری به طور معمول در گربه های جوان دیده میشود و همچنین ممکن است در گربه های ماده با سن بالا نیز مشاهده شود.  در این گزارش به بررسی مشخصات بالینی، رادیوگرافی و هیستوپاتولوژی یک گربه مبتلا به هیپرپلازی فیبرواپیتلیال پرداخته میشود.  گربه ماده 4 ساله با وزن 7/2 کیلوگرم که دارای یک توده بزرگ در زیر ناحیه شکمی بود، به بیمارستان دامپزشکی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز ارجاع داده شد.  پس از انجام معاینه بالینی و ارزیابی رادیولوژی مورد عمل جراحی قرار گرفت و توده جدا شده به بخش پاتولوژی ارسال گردید.  توده مزبور توپر بوده و در مقطع برش لوبولهای متعدد که منظره ای شبیه به مغز گردو پیدا کرده بود، مشاهده شد.  در بررسی میکروسکوپی، تکثیر سلولهای اپیتلیال مجاری پستانی و تشکیل توبولهای جدید قابل توجه بود.  همچنین میزان زیادی بافت همبند در اطراف لوله های تشکیل شده، مشاهده گردید.  در بین رشته های همبندی، فضاهای خالی وجود داشت که بیان گر ادم بود.  لازم به ذکر است که هیچ گونه تغییرات بدخیمی دیده نشد.  در مجموع با توجه به مشخصات بالینی، رادیولوژی و میکروسکوپی، هیپرپلازی فیبرواپیتلیال تشخیص داده شد.  پاتوفیزیولوژی هیپرپلازی فیبرواپیتلیال پستان گربه به خوبی مشخص نشده است اما به احتمال زیاد تغییرات هورمونهای جنسی در ایجاد آن نقش ایفا مینمایند.}, keywords_fa = {هیپرپلازی فیبرواپیتلیال,تغییر فیزیوپاتولوژی,گربه,پستان}, url = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_168209.html}, eprint = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_168209_34535ffabfa8f91871a7e9d28f8fa1b1.pdf} }
