The safe alternative of anticoccidial drugs are herbal extracts, because they don’t results drug resistance and residues in meat and eggs. The present study compared the effects of two herbal extracts, Origanum vulgare and Artemisia sieberi, as well as their combination with the salinomycin sodium anticoccidial drug on the broilers’ performance parameters during the coccidiosis challenge. A total of two hundred and sixteen, one-day-old Ross 308 broilers were randomly divided into six groups. Two types of herbal extracts and an ionophore anticoccidial drug were investigated with positive and negative control groups. The birds in of groups, except negative control group, were inoculated with a mixture of Eimeria sporulated oocysts at 21 days of age. Body weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion ratio, and mortality rates were assessed weekly. The rate of oocyst per gram and the lesion scoring were assessed weekly up to three weeks after challenge. Growth parameters of the birds that were challenged with Eimeria were reduced when compared to the uninfected birds. The best results were obtained in the groups that were treated with salinomycin sodium and a mixture of two herbal extracts, which had better results in terms of body weight, food intake and feed conversion ratio, which was significantly better than the positive control group. The OPG in groups treated with herbal extracts had significantly reduced compared to the positive control group. It seems that using a combination of Origanum vulgare and Artemisia sieberi extracts is more efficient than using any of them alone for achieving better results in controlling and preventing coccidiosis, having more productive function and preventing intestinal lesions in broiler chickens. Finally, further studies are recommended with the combination of these herbal extracts with different dosages.}, keywords = {Origanum vulgare,Artemisia siberi,salinomycin,Coccidiosis,broiler}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثر ضدکوکسیدیایی عصاره‌های مرزنجوش (Origanum vulgarea) و دِرمَنه ( Artemisia sieberi) با سالینومایسین در جوجه‌های گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {    کوکسیدیوز مهم‌ترین بیماری انگلی روده‌ای طیور است.  به دلیل مقاومت این انگل در برابر ترکیبات ضدکوکسیدی شیمیایی و وجود باقیمانده‌های دارویی در گوشت و تخم مرغ، یافتن ترکیبات ضدکوکسیدیایی جدید ضروری است.  عصاره‌های گیاهی، جایگزین‌های بی‌خطری هستند زیرا باعث مقاومت دارویی و باقی‌مانده در گوشت و تخم‌مرغ نمی‌شوند.  این مطالعه به مقایسهی تأثیرات دو عصارهی گیاهی مَرزَنجوش و دِرمَنه به تنهایی و ترکیب آن‌ها با داروی ضدکوکسیدیوز سالینومایسین‌ بر روی شاخص‌های عملکردی طیور گوشتی در طی چالش کوکسیدیوزی پرداخته است.  تعداد 216 قطعه جوجه‌ی گوشتی یک روزه رأس 308 به صورت کاملاً تصادفی به شش گروه تقسیم شدند.  دو نوع عصارهی گیاهی و سالینومایسین به همراه گروه‌های کنترل مثبت و منفی مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند.  تمام گروه‌ها به جز کنترل منفی، در سن 21 روزگی با مخلوطی از اُاُسیست‌های اسپوروله شده ایمریا از راه خوراکی آلوده شدند.  افزایش وزن بدن، مصرف خوراک، ضریب تبدیل و تلفات به طور هفتگی اندازه‌گیری شدند.  میزان دفع اُاُسیست‌ها و درجه‌بندی ضایعات روده‌ای، تا سه هفته پس از آلوده‌سازی به صورت هفتگی بررسی شد.  شاخص‌های تولید پرندگان آلوده شده با ایمریا در مقایسه با پرندگان غیرآلوده، کاهش یافت.  بهترین نتایج برای گروه‌ درمان شده با ترکیب دو عصاره و گروه سالینومایسین بود که از نظر وزن‌ بدن، مصرف خوراک و ضریب تبدیل نتایج بهتری داشتند و به طور معنیداری بهتر از کنترل مثبت بودند.  دفع اُاُسیست‌ها در هر گرم از مدفوع در گروه‌های درمان شده با عصاره‌های گیاهی به طور بارزی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل مثبت کاهش یافته بود.  به نظر می‌رسد برای دستیابی به نتایج مطلوب‌تر در کنترل و پیشگیری از کوکسیدیوز، عملکرد تولیدی بالاتر و بهبود ضایعات روده‌ای در جوجه‌های گوشتی، استفاده از ترکیب عصاره‌های اوریگانوم وولگارِ و آرتیمیزیا سیبری سودمندتر از مصرف هر یک از آن‌ها به تنهایی است.  در نهایت، مطالعات بیشتری با ترکیب این عصاره‌های گیاهی با دُزهای متفاوت توصیه می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {مرزنجوش,دِرمَنه,سالینومایسین,کوکسیدیوز,جوجه گوشتی}, url = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_148264.html}, eprint = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_148264_538b1e2e202628989f2b31ace7c41356.pdf} }
