This disease is one of the most important economic loss producing causes in several countries. This survey was conducted on 90, 2-5 years old native cattle (30 healthy, 30 involved with theileriosisand 30 asymptomatic cattle infected with Theileria). Blood samples were collected and then some hematologic and biochemical parameters were analyzed. The results revealed that in the involved group, RBC, PCV, HB, MCHC and WBC measures were significantly reduced compared with control group (P<0.05). The number of eosinophils in the involved and infected asymptomatic group were significantly higher than control (P<0.05), but the number of neutrophils were significantly less than control and asymptomatic groups (P<0.05). The counts of lymphocytes were also significantly lower in the involved and infected asymptomatic cattle than controls (P<0.05). Only PLT, lymphocyte, eosinophil and neutrophil rates had significant changes in asymptomatic infected cattle (P<0.05). The serum activity of ALT, AST, ALP and the amount of BUN were also significantly higher in the involved group compare to controls (P<0.05).  The present investigation showed that unlike the involved group, studied parameters were returned to normal range in asymptomatic infected cattle after recovering from the disease.}, keywords = {Theileria,Cattle,Biochemical changes,Hematological changes}, title_fa = {بررسی برخی فاکتورهای هماتولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی در گاوان فاقد علایم بالینی آلوده به تیلریا آنولاتا}, abstract_fa = {    تیلریا آنولاتا یکی از تک یاخته‌های خونی منتقل شونده توسط کنه‌های سخت در گاو و گاومیش است که باعث ایجاد تیلریوزیس گرمسیری در گاوان آلوده می‌شود.  این بیماری به عنوان یکی از بیماری‌های مهم به وجود آورنده‌ی خسارات اقتصادی در بسیاری از کشورها است.  در بررسی حاضر از تعداد 90 رأس گاو ماده‌ی 2 الی 5 ساله‌ی بومی در شهر اهواز (30 رأس فاقد آلودگی تک‌یاخته‌ای، 30 رأس مبتلا به تیلریوزیس، 30 رأس آلوده‌ به تیلریا و فاقد نشانه‌ی بالینی) خون‌گیری به عمل آمد و سپس برخی از فاکتورهای هماتولوژی و بیوشیمیایی آن‌ها مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت.  نتایج نشان داد که در گروه مبتلا به تیلریوز میزان RBC، HB، PCV، MCHC، WBC به شکل معنی‌داری از گروه کنترل کم‌تر است (05/0>P).  در گروه مبتلا به تیلریوز و گروه آلود‌ه‌ی فاقد نشانه، شمارش تعداد ائوزینوفیل به شکل معنی‌داری از گروه کنترل بیش‌تر، ولی شمارش تعداد نوتروفیل در گروه مبتلا به تیلریوز به شکل معنی‌داری از گروه کنترل و گروه آلوده‌ی فاقد نشانه کم‌تر بود (05/0>P).  شمارش تعداد لنفوسیت نیز در درگروه مبتلا به تیلریوز و گروه آلوده‌ی فاقد نشانه نیز نسبت به گروه کنترل به شکل معنی‌داری کم‌تر بود (05/0>P).  در بررسی گروه آلوده‌ی فاقد نشانه‌های بالینی، تنها پلاکت، لنفوسیت، نوتروفیل و ائوزینوفیل تغییرات معنی‌داری نشان دادند (05/0>P).  میزان فعالیت آنزیم‌های ALT، AST، ALP و همچنین مقادیر BUN گروه بیمار نیز به شکل معنی‌داری از گروه کنترل بیش‌تر بود (05/0>P).  بررسی حاضر نشان داد که برخلاف گروه مبتلا به بیماری، در گاوان آلوده‌ی فاقد نشانه‌ی بالینی، فاکتورهای مورد بررسی پس از طی دوره‌ی بیماری به حالت طبیعی باز می‌گردند. }, keywords_fa = {تیلریا,گاو,هماتولوژی,بیوشیمی}, url = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_13015.html}, eprint = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_13015_ad1941a40de696fc4054f325782b96b4.pdf} }
