Thus, this study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different sources of chromium on thyroid hormones and some blood parameters of broiler chicks under physiological stress conditions. A total of 216 one day old Ross broiler chicks (male) were used in a 3 × 2 factorial arrangement with two stress conditions (no stress, stress) and three levels of additive (no Additive, 2000ppb chromium-methionine, and 2000ppb chrome-methionine mill) in a completely randomized design with 6 treatments, 3 replicates and 12 bird per each. Dexamethasone was added to the diet (1.5 mg/kg diet) during 24-18 days of age to induce physiological stress. The birds were fed with chromium diets from 18 d until the end of the experiment. Blood samples were taken at 24 and 46 days of age via brachial vein and then analyzed for blood glucose, lipids, cortisol, thyroxine (T4) and thyroid iodothyronine (T3). Physiological stress reduced the concentration of thyroid hormones, glucose, serum lipids and cortisol hormones. In stressed birds, the use of chrome methionine diet significantly reduced cholesterol of serum. Chromium supplementing diet increased thyroxine (T4) concentration. Dietary chromium methionine significantly decreased cortisol concentrations of serum. Based on the results, adding chromium ppb 2000 from various sources reduces the effects of physiological stress on thyroid hormones and cholesterol concentrations in the serum of birds under physiological stress.}, keywords = {Physiological‌ stress,Thyroid hormones,blood parameters,Chromium,broiler chickens}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر منابع کروم بر غلظت هورمون‌های تیروئیدی و برخی فراسنجه‌های خونی جوجه‌های گوشتی تحت تنش فیزیولوژیکی}, abstract_fa = {    این مطالعه به منظور بررسی تأثیر منابع کروم بر غلظت هورمونهای تیروئیدی و برخی فراسنجههای خونی جوجه‌های گوشتی در شرایط تنش فیزیولوژیکی انجام شد.  از 216 قطعه جوجهی گوشتی (جنس نر) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 6 تیمار، 3 تکرار و 12 قطعه پرنده در هر تکرار در یک آزمایش فاکتوریل 3×2 با دو وضعیت تنش (بدون تنش، تنش) و سه سطح افزودنی (بدون افزودنی، 2000ppb کروم-متیونین و 2000ppb کروم-متیونین آسیاب شده) استفاده شد.  از افزودن دگزامتازون به جیره (5/1میلیگرم در کیلوگرم جیره) به مدت یک هفته (18-24 روزگی) برای ایجاد تنش فیزیولوژیکی استفاده شد.  پرندگان با جیرههای حاوی کروم از روز شروع آزمایش (18 روزگی) تا انتهای دوره، تغذیه شدند.  در سنین 24 و 46 روزگی از دو پرنده در هر تکرار از طریق ورید بال خونگیری به عمل آمد و غلظت گلوکز و لیپیدهای خون، کورتیزول، تیروکسین (T4)، تیرییدوتیرونین (T3)، در نمونههای خون اندازهگیری شد.  نتایج نشان داد که تنش فیزیولوژیکی موجب کاهش غلظت هورمونهای تیروئیدی، غلظت گلوکز خون و لیپیدهای سرم و غلظت هورمون کورتیزول شد.  در پرندگان تحت تنش استفاده از جیرهی حاوی کروم متیونین  به طور معنیداری باعث کاهش کلسترول خون شد.  مکمل نمودن جیرهی پرندگان با منابع کروم باعث افزایش غلظت هورمون تیروکسین (T4) شد.  در پرندگانی که تنش را تجربه کرده بود، مصرف کروم متیونین آسیاب شده توانست غلظت کورتیزول را به طور معنیداری کاهش دهد.  بر اساس نتایج حاصل، افزودن ppb2000 کروم از منابع مختلف باعث کاهش اثرات تنش فیزیولوژیکی بر غلظت هورمونها و کلسترول در پرندگان تحت تنش فیزیولوژیک میشود.}, keywords_fa = {تنش فیزیولوژیکی,هورمون‌های تیروئیدی,فراسنجه های خونی,کروم,جوجه های گوشتی}, url = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_128893.html}, eprint = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_128893_7fcb3b4cbf4874d1740617d0a5e20e51.pdf} }
