Four hundred and ninety quail chicks were used based a completely randomized design of using 7 treatments and 5 replicates each (14 birds per replicate) for a 10-day period. The treatments were the NRC recommendation level for methionine (0.5%), three levels of 7.5, 15 and 22.5 % lower than NRC recommendation (0.3875, 0.425 amd 0.4625% respectively) and three levels of 7.5, 15 and 22.5 % higher than NRC recommendation (0.5375, 0.575 and 0.6125% respectively). The results showed that increasing the methionine level to to 15% higher than NRC (0.575%) linearly decreased the FCR, but increasing it to 22.5% (0.6125%) did not changed it. The broken line regression equations showed the highest carcass and breast proportional weights for the quails fed the 0.575% methionine. By increasing the methionine level up to 0.575%, both the protein (PER) and energy efficiency ratios (EER) were linearly increased but increase the methionine level to 0.6125% did not changed the PER and EER. Moreover, the highest PER and EER were obtained by 0.575% methione. Furthermore, increasing the methione level up to 0.575% linearly increased the breast protein content and the highest breast protein content was obtained by the both levels of 0.575 and 0.6125% of methionine. Consumption of 0.575% methionine during the early ages improves the PER and EER and hence causes the higher protein retention, higher carcass protein and carcass weights and decreased FCR.}, keywords = {Japanese quail,Feed conversion ratio,Energy effficincy,protein efficiency,Methionine}, title_fa = {تاثیر سطوح مختلف متیونین جیره در سنین ابتدایی بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه، نسبت راندمان انرژی و پروتئین و ترکیب عضله سینه بلدرچین ژاپنی}, abstract_fa = {    این آزمایش با هدف بررسی تأثیر سطوح متیونین بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه، نسبت راندمان انرژی و پروتئین و ابقای مواد مغذی بدن در بلدرچین ژاپنی انجام گرفت.  از 490  قطعه جوجهی بلدرچین در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 7 تیمار و 5 تکرار و 14 قطعه جوجه در هر واحد آزمایشی به مدت 10 روز استفاده گردید.  جیرههای آزمایشی شامل سطح توصیه شده NRC (5/0 درصد)، سه سطح 5/7 ، 15 و 5/22 درصد پایینتر از NRC (به ترتیب 4625/0، 425/0 و 3875/0 درصد) و 3 سطح 5/7 ، 15 و 5/22 درصد بالاتر از NRC (به ترتیب 5375/0، 575/0 و 6125/0 درصد) متیونین بودند.  در پایان 10 روزگی، جوجههای هر واحد آزمایشی وزنکشی شده و یک جوجه از هر واحد آزمایشی کشتار شد تا لاشه مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد.  نتایج نشان داد که افزایش سطح متیونین به 15 درصد بالاتر از NRC (575/0 درصد) موجب کاهش خطی ضریب تبدیل خوراک گردید و افزایش بیشتر آن به 5/22 درصد (6125/0 درصد) تغییر چندانی در ضریب تبدیل خوراک ایجاد نکرد.  رگرسیون خطی، بالاترین وزن نسبی لاشه و سینه را برای بلدرچینهای دریافت کنندهی 575/0 درصد متیونین نشان داد.  افزایش سطح متیونین تا 575/0 درصد راندمان هر دوی انرژی و پروتئین را به طور خطی افزایش داد ولی افزایش بیشتر آن به 6125/0 درصد تغییری در نسبت راندمان انرژی و راندمان پروتئین ایجاد نکرد.  افزایش سطح متیونین تا 575/0 درصد به طور خطی باعث افزایش پروتئین گردید و بالاترین مقدار پروتئین سینه با سطوح 575/0 و 6125/0 درصد به دست آمد.  نتایج حاصل از تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که مصرف 575/0 درصد متیونین در سنین ابتدایی از طریق بهبود راندمان انرژی و پروتئین موجب ابقای بیشتر پروتئین، محتوای بالاتر پروتئین لاشه و افزایش وزن لاشه و کاهش ضریب تبدیل خوراک میگردد.}, keywords_fa = {بلدرچین ژاپنی,ضریب تبدیل خوراک,راندمان انرژی,راندمان پروتئین,متیونین}, url = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_125881.html}, eprint = {https://www.ivj.ir/article_125881_15c588fcf66db09852450b60d2001cae.pdf} }
